SLEEP DNA® measurement
Ergosleep's SLEEP DNA® measurement is the most complete and reliable measurement in the field of sleep comfort and forms the starting point of every Ergosleep sleep solution. In just eight minutes, your unique body profile is determined based on thousands of data points and more than 40 years of sleep science. The measurement is completely free of charge and available at any Ergosleep stockist.
You notice the difference immediately during the measurement in the Ergosleep Cocoon: you discover how it feels when your spine is perfectly aligned, lying on your back and side. The result is used to compile a personalised sleep solution. You don’t have to stress about which bed to choose and can be sure you are selecting the right level of support for optimal comfort.
Support and personalised sleep solution
Your complete sleep solution is tailored to your SLEEP DNA® - from the bed base and mattress to the pillow. The bed base serves as the foundation and is the ideal match for your body profile. The mattress connects to this as a direct comfort layer between your body and the bed base. It follows the body shape and provides even pressure distribution, reducing pressure points at shoulders, hips and lower back, among others. The pillow is tailored to your neck and sleeping position, providing optimal head and neck support. This helps relax muscles and contributes to optimal recovery during sleep.

After the SLEEP DNA® measurement, we take the time to discuss the results with you in detail and use them to put together the ideal sleep solution. We first listen to your personal requirements, such as comfort, your preferred level of firmness, sleeping position and any physical complaints you might have. Afterwards, this information is combined with the objective measurement data to produce advice that is both scientifically based and tailored to your needs.
You are guided step by step throughout this process and can try out different options, to determine the best solution for your body. What are the advantages of an Ergosleep box spring?
A unique advantage of the BS3, BS4, P3 and P4 (levels of support provided by a box spring and slatted base) is that your SLEEP DNA® can be remeasured and applied again afterwards. So you are not stuck with a single snapshot. When your body changes, e.g. due to pregnancy or injury, it’s easy to take another measurement. It is subsequently used as the basis to adjust the box spring so that the support is fully tailored to your body once more. This means your sleep solution is always perfectly aligned with your SLEEP DNA®.
